Domestic Workout:

TBA
Instructor: Mikkie
Location:
Henry Grube - Room 1A

If you find it hard to fit in a workout or just get exercise in general, this class is for you.  The workshop will show you how to incorporate exercise with household chores.  You are going to bring your laundry to fold, and do some or all of the following: sweep/vacuum the floor, dust, pick up toys, make some food, and wash walls….

After this workshop you may book in-home sessions to accommodate your environment.

Deep Secrets of the Pre/postnatal Moms:

TBA
Instructor: Mikkie w/Special Guest Pre/postnatal Nurse Educator from TRU Tracey Hoot
Location: Henry Grube - Room 1A

This is a get together to ask questions or to share stories about embarrassing moments or situations.  Don’t worry you don't have to say them out loud if you don't want to.  You may write your questions down so you stay anonymous.  This will be a “what we hear here, stays here,” funshop.  This is a great way for the prenatal mom to ask her questions and great therapy for the postpartum moms to share their stories. It can bring laughter, tears, and joy.

Babies are always welcome.

Everyone Has Advice:

TBA
Instructor: Mikkie
Location: Henry Grube - Room 1A

Are you sick of everyone and their dog coming at you about how you should raise your child?  This is an open discussion to allow you to vent and get ideas from your peer group.  Everybody has a way that works for them.  This is not a debate but rather a venue to share with others ways to cope and learn to deal with certain situations.  This should take a load off your shoulders and give you ideas and tools to put into motion.

This is good for any pre/postnatal mom of any age.  Remember, once you’ve had a child, you're postpartum forever.
