  • You role model a healthy lifestyle to your child(ren) that shows you are interested in taking care of them and yourself
  • You create positive bonds and spend quality time with the whole family. These attributes mold good attitudes in children towards their family environment.
  • When kids see their parents exercising, they are more likely to participate in exercise and continue into and throughout adulthood especially when starting at a young age.
  • When parents exercise, it is helps to prolong their life and see their children into old age.
  • When kids are active they are more able to concentrate on different tasks when they are suppose to.  (ex. in pre/school) Can help with ADD.
  • The whole family is more likely have less stress, eat, sleep and perform tasks better because of exercise.
